In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing jl98.asia, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including jl98's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and refrain from registering an Account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the jl98 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jl98 or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of jl98 or any of its affiliated entities.

jl98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the jl98 platform. Multiple Accounts per person, per household, or per device are strictly prohibited. jl98 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where multiple Accounts are identified, jl98 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, withhold any bonuses claimed, and suspend access to the platform.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information — including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jl98 is required to verify your identity through its KYC process. You will be required to provide:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, or Driver's License);
• Confirmation that the name, date of birth, and address on your ID match the details on your jl98 Account;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds, where reasonably requested.

Accounts with incomplete KYC verification may access the platform and place wagers but will be restricted from processing withdrawals until verification is completed and approved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl98 Account login credentials, including your email address and password. jl98 recommends that all Account holders enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through the Account security settings.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service or platform;
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent jl98 customer support;
• Sign out of your Account when using a shared or public device;
• Notify jl98 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any suspected security breach.

jl98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If jl98 has reasonable grounds to suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, jl98 may temporarily suspend your Account for security review without prior notice.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

jl98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and other approved online banking providers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl98 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through its supported payment channels.

6.2 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name;
• Deposits made from accounts owned by third parties are prohibited and may result in Account suspension;
• jl98 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where identity mismatch is identified.

6.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to jl98's anti-money laundering review procedures;
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before bonus-derived balances can be withdrawn;
• jl98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

From time to time, jl98 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, cashback, free spins, or other incentive programs to eligible Account holders. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

General rules applicable to all jl98 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine residents aged 21 or older with a verified jl98 Account;
• Each promotion is available to one Account per player, per household, and per IP address;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• jl98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through abuse of promotional terms, multiple accounts, or coordinated manipulation of bonus conditions will be forfeited and may result in Account suspension;
• In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All games available on the jl98 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, fishing games, and RNG table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or professional live dealer systems. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on jl98:

• All wagers must be placed using available real-money funds or qualifying bonus funds in your Account Wallet;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within each game interface;
• Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed;
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live dealer session, jl98 will apply its game dispute resolution procedure and the decision of jl98's gaming operations team shall be final and binding;
• jl98 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles to enable informed decision-making by players.

jl98's sports betting section operates under standard sportsbook rules. All bet settlements are based on official results from recognized sporting authorities. In-play (live) bets are subject to the specific in-play rules applicable to each sport and market, as communicated within the betting interface.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jl98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting pools for mutual advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing anomalies in betting markets in a systematic or deliberate manner;
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward jl98 staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jl98's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

jl98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Philippine players. Gambling at jl98 is intended as a form of entertainment. jl98 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders through the jl98 Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls — Configure maximum session durations with logout reminders at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the jl98 platform. This restriction is irreversible and will be applied across all devices and sessions.

All content on jl98.asia — including but not limited to the jl98 brand name, logo, platform design, interface layout, game graphics, software, text, images, and data — is the exclusive property of jl98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl98 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from jl98.asia without prior written consent;
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or extract data from the platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the jl98 website on any third-party website;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl98 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or winnings arising from a player's gambling decisions;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by technical failures, third-party service outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to a player's Account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate security of credentials;
• Loss of data, Account balance, or wagering history resulting from platform outages or maintenance;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit jl98's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law. jl98's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Operation of multiple Accounts;
• Detection of prohibited software, bots, or automated play systems;
• A player's self-exclusion request;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Identification of an Account belonging to a person under 21 years of age.

Upon Account termination for cause, jl98 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not related to fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting jl98 customer support. All real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following Account closure.

jl98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on jl98.asia. The revised Terms will be effective upon the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the jl98 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl98 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.1 Internal Dispute Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit any dispute to jl98's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support in writing. jl98 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

15.2 Regulatory Complaints

Players who remain unsatisfied following jl98's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its applicable complaint channels for Philippine-licensed gaming operators.
