jl98 will respond to verified data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notification to you. jl98 may require identity verification before processing any data rights request to ensure the security of Account holder information.
Children & Minors
21+ Age Restriction: jl98 is strictly an adult gaming platform. Registration and use of jl98's real-money gaming services is limited to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. jl98 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If jl98 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account.
